2013年招聘职位具体要求：
设计总监（2名）
——具备优秀的审美意识和协作能力，熟悉平面设计相关流程，对设计管理有一定认识，善于带领团队工作，4年以上相关工作经验。

资深平面设计师（3名）
——熟悉平面设计相关软件，了解印前输出制作流程，擅长插画，专业不限，2年以上相关工作经验。

网页及动态设计师（2名）
——熟悉网页及动态设计相关软件，了解互联网动态，专业不限，1年以上相关工作经验。

效果表现及完稿制作（2名）
——精通平面设计相关软件，熟悉印前输出制作流程， 1年以上相关工作经验。

策划文案（2名）
——优秀的文字表达能力，对设计有一定的了解，熟练掌握英语或日语，专业不限，1年以上相关工作经验。

*（以上所以职位，有海外留学经历者优先）。

Job Description：
Art Director
-Excellent leadership and communication skills and able to motivate team members.
-Oversee and ensure the team quality of work.
- Strong Graphic design experience.
-4 plus years practical experience.

Graphic Designer
-Essential to have advanced knowledge of graphic design software.
-Artistic and design flair.
- High level of drawing skill. (Illustrator)
-2 plus years practical experience.


Website Designer
-Essential to have advanced knowledge of website design software.
-Improving company web design standards.
-1 plus years practical experience.

Finish Artist
-Essential to have advanced knowledge of graphic design software.
-Desired Characteristics Strong understanding of print production processes.
-Print experience strongly preferred.
-1 plus year practical experience.

Copywriter
-Excellent written skills.
-Know about art and design.
-Fluent in English or Japanese.
-1 plus year practical experience.


※Overseas study experience is preferred
